We hereby make application for membership in the Quesnel & District Chamber of Commerce. We acknowledge that the annual investment is based on the number of full-time employees on our payroll. We have selected our annual membership fee as indicated in the Size list above. Membership will be continuous unless we notify the Quesnel & District Chamber of Commerce to the contrary in writing. If accepted for membership, that membership will be pro-rated to March 31st of the following year. Thereafter, annual membership fees will be billed as of the 31st day of March. We agree to be bound by the By-laws of the Quesnel & District Chamber of Commerce. We have read and accept the terms of the Application for Membership
