 Plant forward eating focuses primarily food from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes and beans. This is not a vegetarian or vegan cooking class, but more an introduction to adding more plant based items to your diet. We will be looking at dairy & cheese alternatives, protein replacements and how to boost flavours. This class is for every skill level and anyone who wishes to add a little variety to their life. This class is very hands on and all materials are provided. After learning the techniques and cooking various kinds we will gather around the table to enjoy the fruit of our labours together.

Class takes place at Long Table Grocery and pre-registration is required. $50 per person and you can register at the ticket link below or in-store Tuesday - Friday 11 -6.
