The Annual General Meeting of the Quesnel & District Chamber of Commerce occurs in May or June of each year. The Chamber reviews the year, the financials, and make any bylaw amendments or additions at this time. The AGM is usually a luncheon event.

Promote your business and grow your network by participating in a Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. Luncheons provide an opportunity to network with other businesses, hear from a speaker about a range of topics relating to business in BC, and stay connected on upcoming Chamber events.

The Quesnel Visitor Centre produces a weekly events newsletter and the Chamber of Commerce produces a monthly update newsletter. Any Chamber member may provide items for these newsletters, including advertisements, sales, and upcoming events.
The Chamber partners with CJ Directory to produce a Chamber Member Directory within the directory book itself. This section provides over 17,000 homes and businesses in the Quesnel and Area with information on the Chamber, its members and its services.
The Quesnel & District Chamber of Commerce maintains a marketing partnership with Ronda Barzilay & Associates to produce and distribute the Quesnel Vacation Planner each year. This guide is distributed to Visitor Centres around the province and is given out to visitors, residents, and investors interested in Quesnel.
Chamber of Commerce members are invited to provide a brochure to rack at the Quesnel Visitor Centre for free. This service costs non-members $100.

Throughout the year, the Chamber invites business owners and managers to join them for a lunch session with up to nine other business owners, and three Chamber Directors and staff. These sessions allow us to connect with the businesses and gather information to help us shape our policy and advocacy efforts. Businesses are selected from the membership by random selection throughout the year.
